Both parties execute an engagement letter
Applicable advance payment terms are met

We reserve the right to decline services without explanation, particularly in cases of conflict of interest, compliance risk, or capacity constraints.

Jurisdiction & Regional Disclosures

MuAz Accountants LLC operates legally in the United States, Pakistan and Afghanistan, and delivers regulated audit, tax and corporate business advisory services.
By engaging us, you acknowledge that:

U.S.-based services are delivered under MuAz Accountants LLC
You remain responsible for jurisdiction-specific compliance unless explicitly outsourced to us

Disputes shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the engagement originated.

Confidentiality & Ethics

We uphold the confidentiality and professional ethics standards set by:

SECP and FBR regulatory expectations in Pakistan
Ministry of Finance and donor standards in Afghanistan
AICPA (U.S.), ICAEW (UK), and relevant governing bodies

All client data, including uploaded documents, consultation records, and correspondence, shall be kept confidential unless:

Consent is granted by the client
Disclosure is required by law or court order
Professional obligations (e.g., audit review) require peer access

Payments & Refunds

All fees are agreed upon in advance through written proposals or engagement letters. Unless otherwise stated

50% advance is required before project initiation
Remaining payment is due upon delivery of reports or services
Monthly clients are invoiced at the start of each service cycle
Refunds are not provided once work has commenced or deliverables have been partially submitted

Late payments may result in service suspension or legal recourse.

Client Obligations

Clients are expected to:

Inform us of changes in legal, financial, or ownership status
Maintain lawful use of MuAz systems and communication tools
Provide complete and accurate information in a timely manner
Refrain from misrepresenting or misusing advice outside its intended scope

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy and diligence, MuAz is not liable for:

Third-party decisions or penalties resulting from client actions
Misuse of advice or services beyond original scope
Delays due to force majeure, regulatory backlog, or technical issues
Tax penalties, audit findings, or donor actions due to nondisclosure by the client

Our maximum liability in any engagement shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service.

Communications & Consent

By using our Site or engaging with our services, you consent to receive communications via:

Email
WhatsApp or SMS (if provided)
Client portal notifications (when launched)

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
